If you want to create a report that's similar to a report you've already run, you just copy the old report, make any changes you need, and then run the new one.
- On the Reports tab, find the report you want to copy. Click the Actions button, and choose Copy.
- In the New Report dialog, make the changes you want. In most cases you'll want to update the Name and Date Range, but you can change any of the settings.
- On the Dimensions page, click Create Report.
