Disabling an Account

Users with administrative permissions can disable accounts from the Manage Users screen. An account that is disabled cannot log in to Basis DSP.

  1. Click Manage Users in the navigation menu.


  2. In the Status column next to the account that you want to disable, click Active and select Disabled from the dropdown menu.


When you disable an account, all payment methods that are linked to that account will be disabled. To use that payment method, you must re-add it to an active account.

If you have any trouble disabling an account or do not have administrative user access, please email your request to dsp.support@basis.net, and our support team will disable your account.
