KPI to Date

When you select a group in the top half of the pacing view, you see pacing charts for that group in the bottom half of the screen.

KPI to Date compares the group's chosen KPI value to the results (from the start of the flight through yesterday). If a group's KPI is a completion rate of 2.5% and the completion rate is currently 2.0%, the KPI to Date indicator would show 80%.

If your group doesn't have a KPI set, this chart will be blank. See Creating a New Group for details on setting group KPIs.

Depending on the group's KPI, the chart measures either a dollar value ($USD) or a percentage rate. If the KPI is eCPA or eCPC, the chart shows a dollar value. If the KPI is CTR or completion rate, the chart shows a rate.

eCPC

The KPI to date shows cost per click:

Spend to Date ÷ Clicks Acquired

The KPI performance percentage compares the eCPC:

KPI % = (eCPC goal) ÷ (Spend to Date ÷ Clicks Acquired)

Higher percentages are better, and if KPI% = 100%, the group is hitting its eCPC goal exactly. If the KPI% is above 100%, the group is beating its eCPC goal.

eCPA

The KPI to date shows cost per acquisition:

eCPA to Date = Spend to Date ÷ Conversions Acquired

The KPI performance percentage compares the eCPA goal with the cost per acquisition to date:

KPI % = (eCPA goal) ÷ (Spend to Date ÷ Conversions Acquired)

Higher percentages are better, and if KPI% = 100%, the group is hitting its eCPA goal exactly. If the KPI% is above 100%, the group is beating its eCPA goal.

CTR

The KPI to date shows clickthrough rate:

CTR to Date = (clicks to date) ÷ (impressions to date)

The KPI performance percentage compares the eCPA goal with the cost per acquisition to date:

KPI % = CTR to date / KPI CTR goal

Higher percentages are better, and if KPI% = 100%, the group is hitting its CTR goal exactly. If the KPI% is above 100%, the group is beating its CTR goal.

Completion Rate

The KPI to date shows the video completion rate:

Completion Rate to Date = (videos completed to date) ÷ (videos started to date)

The KPI performance percentage compares the eCPA goal with the cost per acquisition to date:

KPI % = completion rate to date / KPI completion rate goal

Higher percentages are better, and if KPI% = 100%, the group is hitting its completion rate goal exactly. If the KPI% is above 100%, the group is beating its completion rate goal.
