Geopolitical Targeting

If you are creating a political campaign, you can easily target congressional districts with location targeting. You can include congressional districts along with other types of location targeting in the same campaign.

Note: You can add congressional district targets when you bulk edit tactic locations.

  1. In the campaign editor, go to the Location options in the General tab.

  2. Click Select US Congressional Districts to open a list of congressional districts.

  3. Select the districts that you want to target and click OK to add them to your campaign. You can search by state, district, or district code (e.g. IL_02 will find Illinois' 2nd Congressional District). If you select a state, all of that state's congressional districts will be added to your campaign.

  4. Finalize your location targeting rules, finish setting up your tactic, and click Save.

You can save congressional district targets to location sets, and DSP forecasting takes geopolitical targeting into account when it runs its calculations.
